2. •Beach View: Our property is located about 170' from the beach. You can not see the water because of the natural beach dune and beach grass between the villa and the beach. There is a white sand path leading directly to the water. Most of our guests consider it beachfront. (You can hear the waves breaking on the shore from the master bedroom. Hence the name "SurfSong")

1. •Telephone: Our Villa has a phone which is for local calls and incoming international calls only. It can be used to call outside the Bahamas in an emergency. We have a second phone which is a direct connection to the U.S.  Calls from this phone (the white phone) to the U.S. are free
   

2. •Broadband Internet: The villa has a broadband connection which is generally available. However island connections can sometimes go down so it may not always be working.
